Job Description

This role will allow you to use knowledge and skill & develop a careerwithin our Mobile Phone Technical Support team within our Global brandThe roleOur Mobile Phone Technical Advisors are the point of contact when our customers are having technical difficulties with their mobile device. As an advisor, you need to be able to interpret and articulate technical instructions verbally and in writing at alevel with which your audience feels comfortable.This fantastic opportunity is Mon-Fri 9am -5pm Permanent £22100Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email on a variety of issues, but mainly user help with technical support activities.
  • Understand the characteristics, features, functions, and benefits of mobile devices.
  • Record all customer communication at every stage of the investigation via the relevant platform.
  • To carry out these duties you will need to have a strong customer service background, preferably in a call centre environment and be organised and methodical with high attention to detail.
  • Respecting the value of information by following companies data protection / information security policies and procedures You will also have:
  • An Interest and aptitude for new technology with demonstratable work experience in this area
  • Ability to take initiative but be aware of the limitation of knowledge
  • Excellent telephone manners as well as written communication skills
