Job Description

Are you customer focused and passionate about delivering customer service at all times Brilliant! Adecco are delighted to be supporting our successful client based in Crewe who are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team!Salary £24,000Monday - FridayKey Tasks will include:-

  • Developing relationships with key customers and maintaining good working relationships.
  • Ensuring all orders are received in the correct format
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Investigate and resolve all customer related complaints
  • Accurately input orders
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all order inputting, Well organised and have good attention to detail.
