An award-winning organisation who dominates the automotive industry have opened a new position which is Customer Service / Sales Support. They collaborate with Automotive manufactures, providing aftercare products for some extremely well-known brands, suchas Land Rover, BMW and many more!My client generates a huge amount of revenue per year, reaching nearly a quarter of a billion in just 2020. This is an incredible opportunity for a customer advisor to take on a new challenge with a motivated and talented team who are keen to enhance thegrowth of the company further.The ideal Candidate will have some of the following skills:Experience using CRM systems (Preferably Dynamics)Great customer service skillsGood organisational skillsAble to work individually and as part of a teamAble to engage with clients and build relationshipsSalary range between £20,000 to £23,000 (Depending on experience)Up to £1500 bonus per year25 Holidays + Bank Holidays This role is flexible with remote working as they offer 3 days remote working a week and 2 days in the office.
