CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTARTORCREWEFULL TIMEPERMANENTPOSITION£21,840 Are you a customer focused, service orientated candidate looking for a Customer Service role based in Crewe Due to our clients continued success, we are actively recruiting for a customer service administrator to join their growing office team. You willbe joining a successful UK E-commerce business that provide a range of services and customer service is at the heart of all that they do! Investing heavily in staff and training this is a company who will support you as you grow. Although mainly focused onassisting customers with their queries some of your time will be spent administering the correct documentation and processing orders.Key duties:

  • Deliver a prompt and efficient service to all enquiries received via telephone, email, live chat or post, offering help, advice and support
  • Processing orders for customers
  • Maintain an awareness of current promotions and product changes
  • Resolve any order issues and find a solution to problems
  • Generate customer interest in the companys own branded products
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, professional approach and a can-do attitude. Must be proficient on systems, a positive approach and the ability to work in a busyteam environment.Excellent company benefits including:
