Adecco are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator, Our client manufacture and market a range of food products based in Crewe.Offering a salary of £19,872. Hours are Monday - Frday 8am -5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday.Daily tasks include but not limited to recording complaints on CRM. Investigate and obtain credit sign off for complaint closure. Provide regular performance reports. Maintain accurate customer and pricing data and provide reporting information as requiredand Provide admin support for the teamThe succesful candidate will have administrative experience, be confident using systems and will have good knowledge of Microsoft systems, particularly Excel.
