Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a Buying Administrator to join our team based in Crewe, Cheshire.This position places a key role in administering the central price file accurately for the Commercial team. You will join our team on a full-time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.Their Retail business is based in Crewe, Cheshire, and is the UK’s largest off-license operator, with a growing convenience offer, under our fascias of Bargain Booze, Wine Rack, Select Convenience, and Central Convenience – all with over 600 stores nationwide!What you will be doing as their Buying Administrator:Price File Maintenance- Administering pricing updates across our EPOS & JDE System ensuring this is completed accurately & within the agreed timelines- Supporting & administering the Price Tier Strategy for the business in line with agreed processes- Conducting testing of all price & promotional files prior to launch to ensure this is uploaded to all stores with minimum errors- Administering any Adhoc or weekly price & promotion changes- Administering all centrally agreed DTS suppliers onto the store EPOS system- Generating accurate commercial reports to support the Buying Team in the building of promotional packages- Administering the inbound and outbound retros ensuring these are accurately completed- Generating required reports for Finance to ensure the correct invoicing for storesProduct Maintenance- Supporting the creation of all new products into the JDE & EPOS system- Administering all licensed products are maintained in line with HMRC guidelinesProcess- Following all agreed processes to ensure data is processed right-first-time data- Supporting any changes to processes to continually improve our service & accuracyStore Labels/SEL’s- Assisting with the production of small-format POS with our Printer Partners to agreed timescales- Ensuring all key activities & tasks are completed in line with the agreed process & milestone plans to meet Print Deadlines capturing any adhoc/late changes- Liaising with Buying Team’s to ensure the accuracy of internal Price Reports which feed Print Files for SEL’s- Working with our Printer Partner to generate automated ‘print files’ for proofing, amending any errors prior to printing- Generating required instore Till Labels (SELs) which accurately reflects the EPOS Price FileCustomer Service - Providing great customer service to internal & external customers supporting a ‘right first-time’ approach ensuring all queries are completed within agreed SLA’s- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with franchisees, stores, and the wider business.The idealBuying Administrator will have the below skills and experience:- Experience of working in an office administration role with heavy reliance on data accuracy- Experience of working with an IT system- Good analytic ability- Good time management- Accurate with excellent attention to detail- Strong IT skills (Excel)- Good customer service skills- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to strict deadlines- Adaptable to the needs of varying departments- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Works general office hours but with flexibility to vary this in line with our promotional calendarIn return, you will receive a competitive salary and will enjoy access to our cashback healthcare scheme and company pension scheme.If you think you have what it takes to become theirBuying Administrator, then we want to hear from you!No agencies please.
