Job Description

Business Support Administrator - CreweOur client, a small but ambitious Financial Services organisation with a real sense of purpose, is currently recruiting for a conscientious Business Support Administrator to join their close knit team on a permanent basis. The successful Business Support Administrator will have a can-do attitude and will be proactive in owning and managing their workload and various adhoc requests.This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation with a real family feel. They have a supportive, dedicated and detail-focused culture and they are looking to onboard a like-minded Administrator.This role will be office based 2 days per week and the interview process will be based on-site.Key responsibilities for the Business Support Administrator:

  • Manage the information repository for repeatable requests for information
  • Create and manage processes around compliance documentation
  • Manage data within Excel spreadsheets
  • Own the suite of policies, including updates, distribution and tracking
  • Minute taking and creating actions from company meetings
  • Create meeting packs and agendas
  • Some diary management and general office administration
  • Key skills and experience for the Business Support Administrator:
  • Previous experience in an Office based administration role is essential
  • Strong experience with the MS Office suite including Excel to competent level
  • Confident to liaise directly with senior members of staff internally and externally to arrange meetings or request information
  • Self-starter able to use own initiative to manage your workload, prioritise effectively and manage expectations
  • True team-player attitude
