I am a young man in my 20s, living in my own home in Crewe, Cheshire. I have a diagnosis of a Learning Disability, Autism and Epilepsy, as a result, I presents with a range of behaviours typical of those with sensory integration issues and autism. Imlooking for support workers to help me stay safe in my own home, I am supported by 3 staff during the day and 2 staff overnight.As a Bank Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adults with complex needs within their own home and within the community.
