AFTER SALES EXECUTIVECREWE - £22000 PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSIONWe are working with a fantastic company who are one of the top employers in the Crewe area. They offera relaxed but busy working environment, excellent training and support on an ongoing basis and career progression.AFTER SALES EXECUTIVE JOB PURPOSEYou will be dealing with existing customers who have shown an interest in the companies products but not completed the sale, effectively leaving products in their basket. The After Sales Executive will contact the customers and through effective questioning,you will establish any queries or concerns that prevented the completion of the sale. E.g. Have they had issues checking out Unsure if it is the best product for them Offering technical advice and through negotiations you will successfully close each sale.AFTER SALES EXECUTIVE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct outbound contact with warm customers
  • NO COLD CALLING!
  • Promotion of own brand products
  • Using effective questions identify problems and queries and offer solutions and answers
  • Product recommendations
  • Exceed targets
  • Build relationships
  • Update database
AFTER SALES EXECUTIVE KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience with customer service twinned with telesales experience
  • Positive approach
  • Naturally a positive communicator
  • Target driven
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to close deals through questioning and negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Able to negotiate and handle objections
  • Establish a customers need through effective questioning
  • PC literate using Word and Excel
AFTER SALES EXECUTIVE PACKAGE:
  • Salary - £22k with uncapped commission
