A full time temporary position has come available within a government department in the Crewe areaTemporary ContractMonday- Friday - Office Hours18.5 hrs per week10.32 per hourJob Role - Admin AssistantThe post holder is required to work in a flexible way and undertake any duties reasonably requested by line management which are commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post. This will include fling, post duties, basic computer input,answering the telephone.Court Usher duties may also be required. They may be required to support visitors in and out of the courthouse. Providing clear and concise verbal instructions to people moving through the courthouse. Reassuring visitors and answering any queries, or signpostingthem to the necessary area or member of court staff as required. Supporting the judiciary in court. Preparing cases in advance of hearing by the judiciary to ensure the smooth running of the courts on the day of the hearing.Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experiencein using Microsoft Office.
