Juice is thrilled to be supporting a leading property agency based in the outskirts of Bath, with their search for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company going through an exciting period of growth. Full training will be provided to ensure great career development.We are looking for a proactive and professional individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills excited to build a career in the property industry.The Role You will be the first point of contact for the agency dealing with clients face to face, on the phone, and over email.Day-to-day responsibilities will include -

Registering potential clients
Overseeing sales enquiries
Carrying out viewings in a professional manner
Assisting with the negotiation of sales for available properties
Coordinating and conducting valuations
Improving your market knowledge
Supporting with the general day-to-day running of the office and any administrative tasks
Helping in increasing the overall income and profitability of the branch

About youIdeally, you will be a confident communicator able to deal with a range of people with a natural sales ability. This is a hands on role where no two days are the same so wed love to see someone who is target driven, has great attention to detail and theability to work under pressure.You must have a UK driving license and car.In return, you will receive -
