Job Description

Job Title: Office ManagerSalary: £20,000 - £25,000 per year (D.O.E)Location: Corston, Nr Bath

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (full time) (08:00-17:00 M-F)

To support their continued expansion strategy, they are now seeking to employ their first Office Manager/Administrator, who will play a pivotal and crucial role in the stability and growthof the business going forward.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator (or similar) to step into and have ownership of a role from the get go, to put your skills into practice and flourish in a fast paced environment.What Would I Be Doing This is a hands on role. As the current sole administrator for the business, you would be responsible for all aspects of clerical duties for the time being, including but not limited to;
  • Answering telephone calls, query handling.
  • Managing correspondence (email & written)
  • Diary management for the Director and Engineers
  • Supporting in the scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Organising and maintaining office files, records, documentation.
  • Data entry
  • Boiler registrations
  • Basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, reconciling payments, processing/payment of bills)
  • Working independently but alongside the Director and friendly team of engineers.
What Skills Would Suit This Role If problem solving, organisation and attention to detail come naturally to you, this could be the perfect role for you.The ideal candidate needs be a great communicator (both written and verbally), be able to multi-task effectively, and understand how to prioritise tasks accordingly.
