Job Description

GTS Group has a very exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join our client, based in Belfast, to oversee and redefine the HR function within the organisation.The HR Managers responsibilities will be (but not limited to)...

  • Create and develop a Learning and Development strategy for the business
  • Manage employee administration, management and maintenance of up to date and accurate employee records in order to be able to produce timely and accurate management reports and information
  • Ensure employee’s performance is regularly reviewed and personal development promoted by monitoring against Training and Development strategy
The HR Manager will have experience which includes:
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Proven experience within a HR Management
  • FMCG Industry background
