Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting dynamic leaders We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two of our Directors across Sales and Marketing. As Hillarys is partof the Hunter Douglas group of companies, a global market-leader for window furnishings, our Directors oversee Sales and Marketing operations in the UK, Australia, Denmark and Norway.As an Executive Assistant you’ll lead on administrative support, from overseeing team administration, managing travel arrangements and co-ordinating diaries, including international scheduling, so being organised is crucial for this role. You’ll be proactiveand driven to anticipate the needs of the directors and take initiative to prepare meetings, documentation, presentations, reports and more.
