| ACCOUNTS AND PAYROLL ASSISTANT - TEMP TO PERM || NG4, NOTTINGHAM || MONDAY TO THURSDAY 8:30AM - 5:00PM, 4:30PM FINISH ON A FRIDAY | | £12.47 PER HOUR || STARTING ASAP |Job responsibilities:- Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers according to established schedules- Assist in the preparation of finance reports running them weekly and monthly- Calculating and processing of internal staff payroll- Provide support during audits by gathering necessary documentation- Process supplier invoices and credit note as and when required accurately- Maintain record of all business purchase transactions- Monitor and manage outstanding payments to suppliers- Handling any enquired relating to payments / invoices- Handle payroll related enquires and resolve any issues- General administration tasks within the finance departmentRequirements:- Strong numerical skills- Excellent attention to detail- Strong accuracy skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
