Job Description

Due to the substantial growth in our national team we are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Advisor (Invoicing) to join our existing team in our brokerage department.Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager of our national brokerage department, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices in order to provide prompt payment to our suppliers and working with both suppliers and internal colleaguesto improve accuracy for compliance, billing and reporting purposes.Supply Chain Advisor Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the new invoice folder to ensure that invoices, waste transfer and weight information is uploaded into company systems in a timely manner
  • Supply daily KPI information to management (e.g. number of invoices to process, % requiring system amendments, % queried with suppliers)
  • Supply information to the Supply Chain team on common themes, poor performing suppliers and communicate opportunities for reduction in queries
  • Process supplier queries in a timely manner and communication opportunities for reduction
  • Make outbound proactive supplier calls
  • Work with customers and suppliers to promote the use of MyEnva and provide training as required
  • Support with customer service as business requirements dictate including call handling and booking of services using the business systems
Supply Chain Advisor Requirements:The successful candidate will be experienced working in a fast paced administrative environment. They will have experience in using office applications and the ability to become competent with our in-house computer software rapidly. They will have excellentattention to detail and have previous experience working within an administrative role. In addition they will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise workload to ensure department demands are fully met.The CompanyEnva is a full-service and leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, with locations across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
