This involves invoicing and debt control.They work with corporate clients, recruitment agencies and professional contractors.They are seeking to employ a full-time Sales Ledger Clerk who has experience working with multi-currencies and debt control management.Responsibilities:Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and OutookHigh attention to detailAbility to use initiative and solve problemsSelf-motivated, positive and proactive attitude and a great team playerExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbally) Building a rapport with clients based in the UK and internationally to obtain information and ensure a smooth invoicing processProcessing data within negotiated timelinesManaging invoicing related issues in a professional, courteous, and efficient mannerProcessing a high volume of invoices in peak periodsRaising multicurrency invoices on SAGEWhats in it for youFriendly, supportive and welcoming culture based on trust and respect
