Job Description

Our client is an established international management company, providing accounting and contract management services. This involves invoicing and debt control.They work with corporate clients, recruitment agencies and professional contractors.They are seeking to employ a full-time Sales Ledger Clerk who has experience working with multi-currencies and debt control management.Responsibilities:Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and OutookHigh attention to detailAbility to use initiative and solve problemsSelf-motivated, positive and proactive attitude and a great team playerExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbally) Building a rapport with clients based in the UK and internationally to obtain information and ensure a smooth invoicing processProcessing data within negotiated timelinesManaging invoicing related issues in a professional, courteous, and efficient mannerProcessing a high volume of invoices in peak periodsRaising multicurrency invoices on SAGEWhats in it for youFriendly, supportive and welcoming culture based on trust and respect
