Reporting to the Shared Service Lead (UK & Ireland), you’ll be providing effective day-to-day administration and support to colleaguesand line managers, alongside responding to first line queries through our People Admin inbox across multiple brands. You’ll maintain up to date and accurate records in our HR and Payroll system, and administer the correct paperwork relating to contractualchanges and new starters.As People Services Assistant, you’ll need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be communicating with colleagues of all levels across the Company, and be confident in using Microsoft Office packages as you’ll be using thesedaily.
