Are you ready to kick start your career in customer service sales We are looking for customer Service Apprentices to join our vibrant Contact Centre team, based at our Nottingham Head Office, located in Colwick.This is a great opportunity aimed towards school leavers or anyone aged 16-19 looking to start their career, whilst working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Qualification. You’ll have a minimum of 6 hours per week dedicated to studying, with regular updatesand visits from our Apprenticeship provider.We’ll provide you thorough training for the role at our training academy, personalised to your learning style. You’ll learn about our fantastic products, services and promotions and be trained to use various techniques to achieve our targets, and be rewardedwhen you do!Good communication skills will help you hit the ground running, as you’ll be liaising with both new and existing customers through various channels including inbound calls, outbound calls and online appointment requests.You’ll be organised so you can co-ordinate appointment requests and booking/rebooking appointments for our advisors to visit customers, ensuring appointment times meet both customer and advisor availability. You’ll also be self-motivated and driven to meetsales targets whilst ensuring that all calls and emails are timely, professional and uphold our quality standards including GDPR.Customer Service Apprentices Key Responsibilities
