Are you strong technically with experience in IT infrastructure support Do you have a continuous improvement, customer service mentalityIf so, we have a vacancy for a Citrix Support Technician.As the Citrix Support Technician your primary focus will be to provide specialist Citrix support to over 700 Hillarys employees using our internal ICT systems via phone, email and in-person.Our users are based on-site in the UK and Ireland or working remotely. The variety of support channels and the location of users can be a challenging situation, so having the ability to quickly diagnose issues, problem solve and provide an adaptable levelof support suitable to the technical competency of the user is key.Effective prioritisation is essential as you manage and resolve 3rd line incidents and complete requests in line with our Service Level Agreements. You will also act as technical lead in major incident or priority 1 situation. You will be the escalationpoint for our 1st and 2nd line Service Desk Engineers, so good communication and mentoring skills are essential.You will have:
