Sous Chef - Day shiftLocation: BathDays of work: Monday-Friday - overtime availableHours of work: 7am-3.30pm OR 12pm-8pmSalary: £25,138 per annum£1,000 new starter bonus paid in full (T&Cs apply). This is paid after you have passed probation.About the role:Our client provides catering to students, staff and external customers throughout the academic year and during the summer months.All based on volume café food.We are looking for candidates with:* Experience providing team members with operational training- The team is made up of 23 people. You will have approx. 10 staff reporting to you: 8 chefs and 2 porters. You must have supervisory experience.* Kitchen management experience* The ability to effectively lead and motivate team members* Knowledge of relevant food safety, health and safety regulations * Excellent organisational skills* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment* 36.5 hour week and no split shifts* Opportunities for enhanced weekend pay rates, where hospitality outlets are open at weekends.NO LATE NIGHT WORKING!
