Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.If successful in your application your role within this position is to provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the serviceApplying candidates should be educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role and have well developed interpersonal skills in customer care. Excellent communication skills, good organisational and planning skills and an understanding of a range of procedures and processes is essential within this role. Candidate should also have the ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure and be able to ensure confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
