Accounts Payable ExecutiveSalary 25k to 30 kLocation : PurleyWorking Pattern: 40 hours p/week, hybrid: 3 days office 2 days WFHReports to Finance Director.Purpose of Account Payable Role:As one of two Accounts Payable Executives, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate information in the supplier subledgers and ensuring suppliers are paid in line with agreements.The Day to Day:Process, record and reconcile all purchase and expense invoices to the correct supplier accountEnsure efficient coding and allocation of paymentsSupplier statement reconciliationsProcess multiple daily payments to suppliers who are not part of the usual payment runMaintain control of individual supplier ledgers due to the large volume of prepaymentsDesired Attributes: Experience of working in a fast-paced environment Experience of dealing with overseas suppliers and working in a multiple currency environment Strong IT skills essential, to include Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systemsBenefits include:
