Job Description

Employer description:Nebula IT Services are a Managed Service Provider based in Bristol supported a wide and diverse client base with their ICT requirements.We are a small, growing and enthusiastic team and we are passionate about what we do. We design, install and maintain onsite and cloud, onsite and communication solutions.Overview:Were looking for an apprentice to join our help desk and become involved in supporting our Clients remote IT support requirements which include the Microsoft Cloud platform (Office 365).Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from external customers in a professional manner Create/escalate tickets for customers to track the progress of their support request 2. Resolve tickets that have been assigned to you 3. Install and configure Windows/Mac machines to customer requirements
  • Assist with management of customer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Assist with new starter and leaver processes at customer sites
  • Create and maintain internal documentation
  • Assist with management of customer sites technology assets/technology
Desirable skills:
  • The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is outgoing, keen to be involved in a team.

  • Someone who is excited by the prospect of learning and develop in our company.
Personal qualities:
  • Having good communication skills and enjoying speaking on the phone is a must as the role entails a lot of customer services alongside the technical requirements.
Entry requirements:You need to have 5 GCSEs:
  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSEs grade A-C in any other subject
