Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Care Quality Manager to join a thriving care provider that offers quality led care services to the elderly, UK wide.You will have responsibility in ensuring that the care services provided are exemplary and your work will consist of conducting audits, inspecting care records/files and offering support and guidance to the business to ensure best practice.Please Note: The ability to drive is essential for this roleWe are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • A passion for making a difference to the lives of others
  • Solid knowledge in CQC compliance
  • Experience working within a homecare setting
  • A relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 5) or other professional qualification would be an advantage
  • A warm, person-centred and respectful approach to working with people
  • Knowledge and Awareness of CQC inspections and how best prepare for these
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to listen attentively and understand client concerns
  • Ability to collaborate and work professionally with colleagues throughout the company to ensure the highest levels of quality are achieved and maintained.
  • You will have the ability to influence others and able to direct the quality and compliance of offices in the required direction and supporting them through any transition
  • Ability to plan and organise your diary effectively
  • To ensure policies and legislation pertaining to the business are fully understood and followed.
  • To work closely with senior management team and attend regular meetings as required to report your findings and progress
  • Getting involved in events and seminars involving CQC compliance and keeping abreast of any new developments in the care industry
  • Good business acumen and operational management understanding
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone that is passionate about quality care delivery and wants to join a progressive and innovative care provider.Salary for the role will depend on experience but we envisage this will be the region of £40,000 - £45,000 + excellent benefits and inspiring working culture!
