Employer description:Nebula IT Services are a Managed Service Provider based in Bristol supported a wide and diverse client base with their ICT requirements.We are a small, growing and enthusiastic team and we are passionate about what we do. We design, install and maintain onsite and cloud, onsite and communication solutions.Overview:We’re looking for an apprentice to join our help desk and become involved in supporting our Clients remote IT support requirements which include the Microsoft Cloud platform (Office 365).Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from external customers in a professional manner
Create/escalate tickets for customers to track the progress of their support request
Resolve tickets that have been assigned to you
Install and configure Windows/Mac machines to customer requirements
Assist with management of customer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Assist with new starter and leaver processes at customer sites
Create and maintain internal documentation
Assist with management of customer sites technology assets/technology

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is outgoing
Keen to be involved in a team
Reliable and also someone who is excited by the prospect of learning and develop in our company

Personal qualities:

Having good communication skills
Enjoying speaking on the phone is a must as the role entails a lot of customer services alongside the technical requirements.

Entry requirements:

3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
