Job Description

A fast growing MSP is looking for an experienced IT Deployment Lead to join their team in Bristol. The company has grown by over 50% in the last 12 months and is now expanding the team by recruiting an IT Deployment Lead, in what they feel is a unique rolewithin a growing IT Managed Service organisation.The role would suit someone who has previously supported customers on a service desk and is now looking for a more proactive role with a view to progressing into a Project delivery role in the years to come. The person will own and manage their own projectsand time and materials work whilst completing pre booked customer facing on site work.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Complete all Time and Materials work, to include laptop builds, router configurations, out of scope work and software installations
  • Complete all onsite service work as required
  • Independently complete minor projects such as Office 365 migrations, Office moves and Cyber Essentials
  • Support the Senior Project engineers on projects as required
  • Act as Project Coordinator for all open projects
  • Provide cover for the service desk during periods of sickness or annual leave
  • Update the central service software with all updates and timings for work allocated to them
  • Ensure customer documentation is kept up to date
  • Aid the sales team with presales support
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years IT hands on experience
  • Microsoft Certified qualifications
  • Full driving licence
  • Experience configuring laptops, desktops, and routers.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
