Rated OUTSTANDING by CQC.Thinking of a new start for 2020Do you want to work in a care home rated outstanding by CQCIf the answer is YES then please read on!We are currently recruiting Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team to work in our 29 bedded nursing home for older adults with nursing and dementia needs.Job Description Overview

  • Provide assistance to residents to help them meet both their health and social care needs. This includes support with personal care, eating and drinking and socialization.
  • Enable residents to maximize independence as far as possible in all areas of their life.
  • Understand the rights of the individual to have their wishes respected.
  • Understand how to treat individuals with dignity and respect.
  • Hours We offer FULL/PART TIME OR BANK work including early, late and nights shifts.Company Benefit Schemes
