The company has a track record of promoting internally and training courses will be offered. A summary of the main tasks are as follows:

To start, this person will be responsible for the incoming and outgoing post, filling, printing
This person will assistant in a project in the departments goal to become paperless. Experience in working in a paperless environment will be an advantage.
Managing the accounts payable inbox
Assist with the input of Purchase Ledger Invoices
Dealing with supplier statement reconciliations
Other finance duties in support to senior team members
