Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for a Mental Health Act Administrator to support a NHS client on a 3 month contract in the Salford area.We are seeking applicants who have strong administration skills, high attention to detail and who are organised and confidant. You will have an Enhanced DBS thats in date or be happy to make the investment to be put through one.Offering full time hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, paying £10.31 per hour, a great supportive team environment, weekly pay with immediate start and onsite parking.The successful candidate will need to be confident at taking minutes straight down onto a laptop, booking out meetings and arranging appointments.What will you be doing as a Mental Health Act Administrator

  • Primarily the role will require the candidate to be confident at taking minutes straight down onto a laptop. Weekly meetings with 5 - 10 attendees
  • Aa an administrator the nature of the work will also be highly confidential and will contain sensitive information, so the candidate needs to be able to cope with the nature of work
  • The role is fairly admin based, and will require the candidate to be organised, have strong attention to detail and have strong IT skills, in order to navigate the systems
  • A keen eye for detail is required to ensure all compliance on patients up to date as well as updating other information on the database and spreadsheets

  • If you have previous experience in taking down minutes
  • You may have other experience in working within safeguarding, child protection, or an environment where you may be dealing with sensitive information
  • You may have worked within the NHS, Education, Hospitals and Trusts
  • You will be used to working to deadlines and managing a busy and changing workload
