Job Description

Red is excited to be recruiting for Stock Administrators to join an integrated energy infrastructure company located in Barnsley.   • Salary: £22,671.96 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, Shifts between 7.30am - 4pm
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Hybrid / Barnsley
  • 25 personal holiday days per year (with additional 8 public holidays) increasing to 30 personal days after 5 years of service (includes options to buy and sell)

Key Responsibilities of a Stock Administrator:
  • Resolving stock queries and discrepancies
  • Booking meter returns, monitor stock updates using Excel
  • Coordinating with 3rd party owners for collections and deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate stock using stock management system
  • Working and collaborating with multiple departments across the company
Key Skills and Experience of a Stock Administrator:
  • Effectively manage own workload
  • Be resilient and adaptable to changes
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT proficiency skills, including in MS Excel, Outlook and Word
