Job Description

BRITA UK has been successfully growing its presence within the Water Filtration and Optimum Water Dispenser market for many years. Part of the BRITA Group of companies, we are a family-owned, global business dedicated to changing the waypeople consume water sustainably.Due to internal career development opportunities, we now have an exciting new vacancy within Print Production based on-site in Barnsley within our dynamic & friendly team.Reporting to the Production Team Leader the main purpose of the role will be to screen print customised images directly onto glass bottles within our Production Line to deliver continuous support to the line.The day to day deliverables of the role will include

  • The organising and preparation for print production by establishing the correct print screens and materials are picked for the print process, capping and packing the bottles from the conveyor and quality checking.
  • You will be trained in the set up of print machines, registering colours and performing the necessary maintenance as required, you will be required to update order information within our SAP system and working as a team you will ensure that KPIs are met.
  • Additionally, you will be required to ensure your area is clean and tidy following 5S workplace organisation methodology and adhere to H&S standards.
To be successful in this role;As every order is unique you will need to have excellent attention to detail in order to check the artwork designs, and must be prepared to stand for lengthy periods during the day. You will ideally have experience or an understanding of Print Screen orJig set up but this is not essential as full training will be supplied. A forklift licence will be an added advantage.You must be able to stand for long periods!You will enjoy working within a small, close knit team, be flexible to assist in additional areas when required with a positive "Can Do" attitude!Above all else, you’ll be collaborative and have outstanding communication skills!.Whats on offer
