We are one of the largest social housing landlords in Wales, with over 9,000 properties across our region, making a difference toour communities.As we continue to grow, we are excited to add the role of Power Platform Developer Analyst to our Technology and Innovation Team. This is a permanent role with a salary range £32,347 - £34,959 a year.About the roleThis is an exciting new role that has been created to assist in our Microsoft 365 journey, developing new and innovative approaches to implementing solutions that meet the growing demands of the organisation and our customers. In this role, you will be expectedto provide excellent customer service to end-users on their complex and varied IT applications, data and reporting requests, develop new applications predominately utilising Microsoft Power Platform applications. In addition to having a developer/analyst backgroundyou will have a thorough understanding of the infrastructure and applications to optimise the use of technology in Tai Tarian.The role of Power Platform Developer will involve

• Analysis Working closely with the business analysis team to convert user stories, high level requirements into technical specifications, researching best practice and recommending solutions that enhance the user experience.

• Development Working closely with the Technology and Innovation team you will play a key part in introducing PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse as a development toolset for the future. Ideally you will also have experiencein developing in SQL, .Net Framework, SSRS, and Blazor Web Framework.
• DataDemonstratingstrong diagnostic skills using tools such as data analytics, SQL, Power BI, data modelling performing complex calculations and providing information in a variety of formats to suit the recipients and the informationbeing provided. Working closely with the Innovation manager and lead system analysts you will have the opportunity to shape our data modelling of the future.
• Support Playing a key part in supporting our in-house and 3rd party applications and reports with a pragmatic approach to change.
