Job Description

Change ManagerWe are currently looking for a professional and motivated individual to join Tai Tarian as a Change Manager a critical role in managing the people side of change to drive successful adoption and usage of change initiatives.To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to build strong relationships, serving as a link between the project team and the wider organisation. You will be able to use your skills and knowledge of managing change to gain buy in from the organisation.Within your role as Change Manager, you will:

  • Be able to develop change management strategies, collaborating with all levels of the business. Gaining analysis from key stakeholders of what changes is required and making this a reality for the organisation.
  • Identify areas that could develop a resistance to change and work with them to ensure that the change is driven forward with everyone on board with the changes.
  • Provide a platform for feedback, making sure that everyone feels heard when they have different ideas about what change is required and how we make this happen.
  • Write reports to provide updates on the progress of the change implementation.
  • Provide coaching to leaders and supervisors to prepare them to support their teams through change.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, open to new ideas or adjustments during the Change process
To be considered for our Change Manager roleyou will need to be able to demonstrate you have:
  • Competence in carrying out a role of a similar nature.
  • Effective communication skills to be able to provide solution focused advice, support, and influence.
  • A good level of IT literacy, in particular the use of Microsoft Teams/Office plus other subject related systems/databases.
  • Stakeholder Management skills. Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience in a related subject.
