Job Description

Change Business AnalystWe are currently looking for a professional and individual to join Tai Tarian as a Change Business Analyst to support change initiatives and projects within the organisation by collating and evaluating business data, making recommendations on how the business can improve through change.To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, listening to their requirements taking a bigger approach to what change is required.Within your role as Change Business Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify opportunities and define business requirements for change initiatives.
  • Analyse current processes, procedures, data, and systems to fully understand any improvements that the organisation may require. Understanding what systems need to work together across the organisation.
  • Always provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Facilitating workshops, meetings and surveys, to gather the organisation’s requirements.
  • Monitor implementation activities and support transition and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Prepare status reports and present recommendations on program progress and results.
To be considered for our Change Business Analyst roleyou will need to be able to demonstrate you have:
  • Competence in carrying out a role of a similar nature.
  • Effective communication skills to be able to provide solution focused advice, support, and influence.
  • The successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in the required job or relevant transferable skills.
  • A good level of IT literacy, in particular the use of Microsoft Teams/Office plus other subject related systems/databases,
  • A Level 3 qualification/or equivalent in Business Change Analysis or in Project Management, or commitment to work towards appropriate qualification.
