Infor is a standalone subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., which has annual revenues of over $110 billion.Position SummaryAs a Collections Specialist with Infor you will take responsibility for ensuring all clients within your portfolio are followed up in a timely manner and within the trading terms of the invoices. You will need to ensure the company parameters are maintainedand report all information accurately and correctly to the database. If any queries or disputes are raised that cannot be dealt with quickly and positively then you will report this information to your designated query resolver. As part of this role you willneed to build a positive and productive long-term relationship with the existing client base as well as the relevant business contactsyoure your focus will be to maximize cash collections for the Company.Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Maximizing cash collections for clients and collecting to the targets set
  • Working through daily call lists in a timely manner averaging 40 outbound calls per day
  • Ensuring all customer queries are passed onto the query resolution team with full details to ensure a prompt turnaround
  • Maintaining a flexible approach to workload to ensure cover if another member of the team is out of the office
  • Sending out daily system generated reminder letters and monthly statements
  • Any adhoc duties which may arise
  • Being responsible for assigned accounts
Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the OrganizationBasic Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Detail focused ensuring they follow up all unresolved matters and record data accurately
  • Target driven
  • Firm but patient approach, strong objection handling skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Basic decision making ability
  • Highly developed PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access would be an advantage
  • Some Credit Control experience preferably within a large organization
