Job Description

HR Officer We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Officer based in the West Midlands, B26. This is a permanent role, salary up to £25k.Role - HR Officer

  • To provide advice, guidance, and support to managers for all matters related to human resources.
  • Assist with policy review and implementation to ensure that they are aligned with legislation and best practice.
  • Liaise with internal and external services and/or agencies as required, including Payroll, Finance, Pension Scheme Administrators, etc.
  • Providing advice, guidance, and support to managers on HR matters and attend formal HR meetings and recruitment interviews as required.
  • Draft HR letters, contracts, and other paperwork.
  • Projects - recruitment and retention; talent and performance management; Diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing; reward and recognition.
  • Provide administrative support for ER investigations and other formal meetings
  • Maintain the HR Database
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a HR role (CIPD Level 3)
  • Experience of recruitment interviewing
  • Experience of producing management information
  • An enhanced DBS will be required for the role.
