Job Description

Working for a leading global manufacturing company, a Customer Service Coordinator position has arisen, joining a small and welcoming team with flexible hours and hybrid working.A pivotal member of the Customer Service Team, you will be ensuring the customer receives first class service at all times.Duties of this Customer Service Coordinator include -

  • Handling incoming queries and concerns via phone and email.
  • Investigating and resolving any customer complaints.
  • Processing orders and raising quotations.
  • Ensure order and schedule timescales are adhered to.
  • Analyse and problem solve queries.
Customer Service Coordinator desirable skills and experience -
  • Experience working within a similar role - ideally Manufacturing, or Engineering.
  • Confident speaker and problem solver with key clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of compliance procedures.
  • Sales order processing and quotations experience
  • IT literate, able to use MOS and CRMs to a competent level.
