Summary This role entails overseeing the operation of a mobile Food and Beverage Trailer which travels across the Norfolk portfolio, remaining at each property for a period of approximately 6 weeks at a time. Properties include: Blicking Estate, Felbrigg Hall, SherringhamPark, Morston Quay and Oxburgh Hall. The trailer shall offer a full coffee and tea service, cakes and bakes acting as a snack and griddle hub serving hot food such as homemade toasted sandwiches, chips and dirty fries. You shall not be required to transportthe trailer but will be responsible for you own travel to each property. You will have the opportunity to work with various on-site kitchen teams at each location. The trailer itself will require 1-3 persons to operate, whom you shall oversee, along with beingresponsible for the upkeep of the trailer, daily set up and close down and compliance to health and safety standards.The Hours: Full time working 5 out of 7 days a week with weekend working required to include school and bank holidays (no split shifts or evening work). You will always consider how we can do it better, more efficiently, and how we can deliver an even tastier result for our visitors.As an Assistant Manager you will support the team to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.Using your excellent attention to detail, you will ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious.You will also support from a financial aspect to ensure stock & waste is managed and seek opportunities to increase income.You will receive a bespoke induction along with allergen/food safety training.
