  • The Role:We’re looking to recruit a Peoples Operation Administrator to support the business in first line HR/Payroll related queries.Main Role Duties
  • Act as first point of contact for BCA employees, advising on general queries as well as advising on policies and procedures, escalating matters to the ER Team where appropriate.
  • Check Change in Terms for any contractual changes and liaise with line managers on discrepancy where necessary, before changes are actioned on ResourceLink and sent to Payroll.
  • Compose Contracts of Employment for new starters, and ensure timely return of signed contracts.
  • Update details on ResourceLink (HR/Payroll) system.
  • To request references for all new starters and ensure they are returned/received.
  • Ensure Exit interviews, Leaver forms are completed and /or documented. Ensuring relevant information is completed correctly I.e. if employee has been dismissed that PILON has been actioned on the form.
  • Administer Maternity file, collating MATB1 and writing to employees.
