Job Description

Orka Financial is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing finance function based in Camberley. This role is looking for an ASAP start and after training will be four days from home and one in the office. Responsibilities

  • Allocation and control of Daily receipts to CALMS 2 Operating System
  • Independent support & reconciliation of bank entries/CALMS 2 receipts to ensure an effective reconciliation process to target daily & weekly reconciliations
  • Support Bank Reconciliations
  • Assist with resolution of dealer refunds including any interest and fee adjustments to CALMS 2 Operating System
  • Manually add Invoices or Credit Notes to CALMS 2 System
  • Assist with Daily & Monthly Direct Debit collection process which also involves reviewing & reporting collection instructions
  • Support Controller with monthly reconciliation for balance sheet including preparation of balance sheet reconciliation files.
Requirements
  • Accounting Experience required, ideally including training towards a professional qualification.
  • Logical approach to problem solving through a methodical and organised manner.
  • Numeric abilities, including accuracy of data input and reconciliation.
  • Techsavvy with advance excel skills advantage - embrace change including experience of pivot tables, Vlookup.
