We are looking for a talented Recruitment Training Consultant to join a L&D Consultancy based in York.This highly regarded Learning and Development Consultancy creates and delivers learning solutions for a wide range of Clients with many of them in the recruitment industry. Working with large corporate businesses through to SMEs across Yorkshire and the UK,they enable their clients to grow, retain, inspire, and build their teams and individuals through their training and development solutions.BENEFITS & DETAILS* This role is offered on a Part-time or Full-time basis.* £35,000-£40,000 Salary + bonus opportunities (pro-rata for part-time).* Possibility of a higher salary if substantial experience in delivering recruitment training.* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro-rated if part-time)* Birthdays off* Pension Contribution* Hybrid working between the office (York) and home* Working with a fun, friendly and dynamic team* Free parkingAs a Recruitment Training Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering and project managing learning solutions predominantly with companies in the Recruitment sector.
