We are looking for a talented Learning and Development Consultant to join a L&D Consultancy based in York.As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be responsible for creating, delivering and project managing learning solutions with new and existing Clients. They strive to engage, excite and evolve individuals and teams throughout their development and pride themselves on harnessing their expertiseto deliver the most impactful and effective solutions for every Client.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES* Integrity and commitment to the role* Positive mindset and team focused* Training design and delivery experience in-house or as an external provider* Ability to adapt to work with different businesses and different business needs* A commercial mindset and ability to identify business opportunities* Proficiency in Office 365DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE* CIPD qualified or similar training delivery qualification* Experience in the FMCG, Recruitment Consultancy Sector or in a Sales environmentTHE ROLE IN DETAIL* Engage and partner with Stakeholders of businesses across different sectors and provide a consultative service to identify their development needs* Support the creation of the development solution for businesses to have the most effective impact* Support the creation and design of L&D materials, sessions, content and exercises* Deliver and adapt training to different group sizes and different sectors in face-to-face settings, and via Zoom and Teams* Be innovative in the delivery of sessions and create different and engaging sessions to have a learning impact to individuals.* Be commercially proactive in seeking out new opportunities including being active in networking events and supporting the Consultancy to grow their business network* Complete L&D administration to track and keep information aligned with the business format and processes* Utilise the internal CRM to capture and track key data effectivelyIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity in L&D, we would love to hear from you.Key Appointments UK Ltd will assess your suitability for the role based on the information contained in your CV and application.
