Churchill Howard have recently been instructed by a global quoted brand named organisation in Birmingham to recruit a Senior Manager of Controls and Risk focusing on Sarbanes Oxley compliance.This role acts as the number 1 in this area of the business and involves team and performance management of a small but well established department. You will gain strategic exposure including as the committee chair and also working closely with the auditorsand, as you would expect, all relevant senior stakeholders.Your modus operandi will include the maintenance of a robust internal controls environment and effective risk management process as well as compliance with SOx legislation.
