Recruitment Advisor required by a leading international consultancy firm to manage search and direct sourcing processes and campaigns, delivering excellent candidate experience to headhunted candidates and a first class client service to all stakeholders.The postholder will advise and partner with various stakeholders to create, coordinate and deliver direct sourcing/executive search strategies to attract talent.
