Job Description

Office Angels are proud to be partnering with an established Manufacturing organisation based in Aston Birmingham. We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join this friendly well established team.As the Purchasing Administrator you will have previous experience of Sage 200 along with strong Excel and MS Word. Duties include:

  • Maintain Purchase Ledger, matching purchase invoices to orders, posting invoices to purchase ledger accounts
  • Reconciling suppliers statement
  • Preparation of weekly supplier payments for payment run
  • Placing Purchase Orders/Chasing Orders for delivery dates
  • Matching Delivery Notes with Purchase Orders
  • Coding Invoices for batching
  • Petty Cash
  • Processing mileage
  • Keeping records of goods received/prices/weights/pallets
  • On-Line Orders
  • Month end procedures/reports
  • Answering phone call
  • Building relationships with suppliers to resolve queries
  • Annual stock take pricing and calculation
  • Other administrative duties when required
  • Must have strong Excel, Word, & Sage 200 skills
  • Cover other Admin duties for holiday/sickness cover
