Job Description

Are you an experienced Neighbourhood Environment Operative looking to progress we currently have 2x vacancies for Senior NET Operatives within the team.Who are we looking forWe are looking for someone with the:

Ability to effectively and efficiently manage own workload to identify priorities and meet required deadlines through flexible working arrangements.
Ability to perform duties in accordance with NET health and safety requirements.
Ability to quantify, price, schedule, record and negotiate requests from customers for individual garden works to maximise income for the non service charge gardening team.
Ability to recognise works required to trees within our neighbourhoods to ensure stock is safe and required records are completed /updated including our GIS maps.
Arrange visits to assess for knotweed infestation and arrange all subsequent remedial works.
Ability to maintain strong and effective relationships with Customers, Colleagues, Contractors, and partner agencies including but not limited to Councillor enquiries.
Ability to record accurate and relevant information on housing management systems, to ensure internal and statutory compliance.
