About The RoleAre you a finance professional looking for your next role We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our team at Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology, North West.The role will primarily be based at our Rochdale sites but there is a requirement to visit our mobile Ophthalmology units and our head office in Reading from time to time. There may be an opportunity to work from home at times.Reporting to our Senior Finance Manager Suzi, you will develop good working relationships with the operations team in the service in order to drive operational performance. You will be supported by the central management accounting team to deliver accurateand insightful month end management accounts, variance analysis and commentaryboth financial and non-financial. Key tasks also include ongoing identification and communication of risks and opportunities, reviewing financial control processes and supportingwith the forecasting and annual budgeting process.About The CandidateYou will have recent management accounting experience and be highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel.
