About The RoleAt Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology, North West we provide high quality, fast and convenient assessment and treatment to patients experiencing eye-related problems and are constantly striving to do things better for our patients. If this sounds like an organisationyou would like to work for then we would like to hear from you.We are looking for optometrists of all levels to join our teamwhether you have completed your basic training, have higher qualifications or are looking to undertake further, fully funded education in specialist areas such as intravitreal injections (IVI).Specialist areas offered at Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology include cataract surgery pathways, glaucoma assessment and treatment pathways and well established aged related macular degeneration (AMD) pathways.About The CandidateAs a GOC registered Optometrist, you will work within the surgical outpatient clinics and the perioperative area, contributing to the effective running of all clinics. This will include evaluating patients suitability to undergo cataract surgery, reviewingtests and investigation results, providing information to patients and participating in the routine follow-up clinical pathway.About The CompanyEverything we do is focused on providing a high standard of safe and effective patient care.
