Job Description

Are you a hard-working individual, looking to join a flexible and supportive team As a Production Operator you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and production teams, liaising with internal staff and managing the handlingof goods.This is a great opportunity to work within a manufacturing company where full training will be provided from senior staff.In return you will receive: 20 days holiday (increasing to 23 days after 3 years) + Bank Holidays, Birthday Day off, Flexible working plus a yearly profit related bonus.Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7:30 - 4:30 & Friday 7:30 - 1:30Duties & Responsibilities of the Production Operator:

Operate machinery.
Carry out general housekeeping duties within your area of responsibility.
Maintain production operations.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Develop and expand knowledge in line with training.
Implement and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations within the warehouse.

What you will need to succeed as Production Operator:

Willingness to learn new skills.
Hard working individual
Ability to work neatly and consistently both individually and as part of a team, following defined production processes.
